Good company. If you are pleasant with ALL customers( even the unpleasaant ones) you'll do well. Follow the customer service guidlines. Your secret shopper scores will stay with you. Make sure your consistantly following the guidlines and your advancements will come easily.

If you're thin skinned and can't let a rude customers' comment roll off your back, you'll be very frustrated. Remember, most of the customers with bad attitudes, are just releasing their frustrations and aren't actually directing their comments to you as a personal attack. Your positive response and smile may just prevent them from going home and kicking their dog. Their dog will appreciate your efforts.
