Management has a slow response time after a cashier requests for an override. This holds the line up and frustrates customers as there are very few cashier's. The App is too confusion for customers and cashier's have to train the customers how to use it while at the register, holding up the line to do an App walk through/ demo during a transaction as customers in line wait for it to be understood. I was told on my first interview that I would be going into management for the PIC position so I settled for a lower pay rate as I was under the impression it would eventually increase. Found out later through Union staff it wasn't even possible for a new hire like me to go into management within months of being hired. I was suckered into settling for less than I deserve. Store is hiring yet not giving current employees enough hours, not using the availability of staff. Giving 4 hours when an employee is available for 8+. Poor time management.
