Very low pay, the bands havent moved in years.
Lots of cost cutting measures being introduced, including making it really difficult to get paid for overtime but still expecting people to do the overtime and reducing the social budget.
There's not enough desks for everyone in the office so on some days you have no choice but to wfh.
No real benefits, pension contributions and annual leave are listed as benefits.
IT infrastructure is very old and slow, crashing regularly and often IT will email everyone and make them log out of the software so they can reset it in the middle of the day!
Lots of changes happening to reduce costs and lower level staff are being hit the worst. At first managers were scrambling to keep us informed but have given up with any communication at all as they have no idea whats going on! Huge changes are being posted in videos on the intranet from the board and the Managers are finding out the same time we are.
There is no trust in the Managers from above and progression is much slower than at other firms, seniors are waiting years post qualification to be promoted to assistant manager.
The culture is so negative and all trust has been broken, everyone complains and most people stay just to qualify and the people that do stay only stay because they cant find another job.
