      Sage Computing is a fantastic company to grow a career. The individual is in charge of their career development and growth. If you show initiative and proactively take on more responsibility, leadership will guide and reward you accordingly.The work is steady and interesting. Employees have the opportunity to be involved and work on different client projects at one time. Senior leadership is very approachable and accessible. Work-life balance is very good. Highly skilled and well educated work force.

      As with any client based work, there are often tight deadlines and pressure, but still a great environment to work in.

      I worked at Sage for seven years and the experience was great. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and competent; management is very understanding and flexible so long as you keep them appraised of your situation; I got a straightforward and fair yearly evaluation and an annual raise. They also permit remote work — and in fact did so before COVID made it common — and offer a 5% 401k match.
