Pluspunten

Benefits and compensation really good. Opportunities to learn and grow Tech stack decent

Minpunten

Mandatory 3 day return to office without any form of flexibility, this is extremely difficult for people such as my self as I am a parent and have issues coming in 3 days a week during school holidays. When asking my manager and HR about this there isn’t a lot and was told to just find a new job by my manager if I’m not happy. Communication from directors and CEO terrible, no transparency and the same sentiment as per my own manager. We are told on the outside things are going great but on the inside it’s never good enough and therefore bonuses will suffer Tracking of IP addresses and card swipes is the final straw for me, it seems as though we don’t matter and are not trusted

Pluspunten

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Minpunten

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
