They regularly require employees to work holidays and be available during paid time off. No one leaves early. - Turnover is high: In 2 years 31 people have left the company. - The benefits package is weak: Fewer paid holidays than industry standard. Zero comp time or pay for overtime. - Culture is poor: Management cultivates an environment of paranoia, resulting in little collaboration. New employees are not introduced to the team. Management encourages employees to spy on each other. - Creative is poor: Talent doesn't stay long because projects are micromanaged by one of the owners.
