-very high turnover rate with project managers. with there being high turnover, the existing project managers have to take on more workload while the junior project managers are training and ramping up to take on heavier workload. -feel like company is taking on more work than they can handle, which results in poor project delivery. -very top heavy company. feel like it was more equally distributed, would probably get better overall results -no work life balance.
