      Strong support internally for new hires. Great training and not overburdened with video only interactions. Buddy system for peer to peer support. Just really good people all around who care about you and the company culture and success

      Minpunten

      Nothing urgent. We are growing aggressively so policies and processes are much more important now. Been at Fortune 500 companies and it is what it is.

      -The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
