They treat you like the adult that they hired, providing lots of autonomy to complete your work. No micro-management. There are quite a few corporate events in Austin that allow you to get to know other team members you don't work with on a day to day basis.

Minpunten

Heavy work loads that seems to be the general consensus due to how fast the company is growing.
