      Pluspunten

      Collaborative environment where we are able to represent a world class product and have the ability to operate as smart adults and not be micro managed. Have been here 3 months and it is a good place, keep waiting for the other shoe to fall and it has yet to happen and from what others say it wont.

      Not necessarily a con, as it is industry standard. The deals and deal cycles can be complex, but there is a good support structure to help you succeed

      -The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
