Pluspunten

SailPoint leads the way in terms of not only tech but as a great place to work. I've seen many changes in my 5yrs+ tenure but one of the consistent elements is how employees are trusted, treated with respect, allowed to innovate and develop.

Minpunten

A few inefficiencies in terms of internal communications sometimes but nothing major.
