SailPoint isn't a place for brogrammer's and the environment here is a stark contrast to so many Austin startups. It's filled with many talented folks who have figured out how to check their ego's at the door. Everyone here understands what we're driving towards, and that we're all in it together. The teamwork here is outstanding. Maintaining a proper work/life balance here is very realistic.
Minpunten
The office location is somewhat far away from the larger collections of technology companies in town, however that in turn makes for a more enjoyable commute (which can be hard to find in Austin). There's also no 401k match.
