Interview: - Short process (4 rounds) - Transparency - Honesty in all 4 rounds Onboarding: - The entire crew is very supportive. - People cares about people. Here is true that people came first. - Every detail and every process is shared so you will be able to perform. - Very warm welcome from everyone, not exception, even leadership. - The best part is a meeting with the CEO.

No cons. Actually, in more than 27 years of experience, I've never had an onboarding experience like this.
