I was working with the company for 4 weeks and building a pipeline. After 4 weeks the company had changed my password on my salesforce, skype and gmail account (without any prior warning) and did not even give me the decency of telling me. I also believe the company strategy is to only recruit a Business Development Manager for the short term until they build their Tier 1 accounts and then get rid of them once this goal has been achieved as they have a client retention team to look after the client accounts post sale. Very poor processes in place and a marketing team based out of singapore (which are not very effective or supportive).
