Pluspunten
The most outstanding thing in Salsa is a great team, full of very knowledgeable, smart and curious people. It's also fully remote with just a consideration on timezones, which is a big win for me. There's a lot of thought put into the roadmap, everything we build has a great impact either for our partners or for our internal operations. Transparency is a key value, and all the news & latest information is always shared with everyone. I specially enjoy the technical challenges we face, the debates on how to tackle them, and the drive of the team to find the best solutions within our time frame. There's space to express oneself, consider and be creative, despite our constant very high speeds in the pipeline. Plus, it's very exciting to be part of a company that's betting on a pretty recent niche when everything seems to be rolling super nicely and everyone is winning!
Minpunten
There's soo many things to do, with little time to do them and a small-ish team, which means we have to constantly juggle our projects. In other words we must be comfortable with quick turnarounds. Work being so impactful, it's hard to let go sometimes, so we need to take care here. Being fully remote proves difficult sometimes to celebrate our wins, for a company with such big wins, I feel like we could do a bit more :)
