He’s a true visionary, and his leadership had a profound impact on my career. The company has a strong family-oriented culture where people genuinely care about each other. It never felt like “just a job.” If I could go back to my early 20s, I’d choose to do it all over again — no hesitation.

None that come to mind.

There are barely any pros about working here. The team is cool but employee turnover is so high you’ll probably only know them for a month. You get free food but you have to pay for a portion of it.

The CEO is a prime example of what not to do as a leader. He couldn’t recognize good talent if it stood in front of him and spread his eyes wide open for him. Pay is horrible, hours are the worst, leadership is terrible.
