Pluspunten
In my experience Saltgate is an agile company where you can make a real difference to process and technology by positively contributing. Saltgate Giving means that individuals have between £500 and £1000 each year to give to a charity of their choice. Flexible working means that you can have 1 or 2 days a week working from home and in the summer the Saltstice scheme means you can start or end your working days a couple of hours early or late one day per week. The team I work with are great and I enjoy being in the office with them.
Minpunten
There are times when you are stretched as it is quite a small team and if someone is only willing to do their exact job description they may feel stressed. Not an issue to me as I enjoy the additional challenge.
