Due to the size of the organisation, the structure is quite flat, so while there are efforts to create opportunities for promotion in terms of title and responsibilities, there are natural limitations. This may not be considered a con for everyone, as it also means involvement in high level decisions are more likely

The friendliest place I've worked, genuinely nice company from all my teammates up to the CEO Alex. Had the occasional stressful day as you do at any company but they were few and far between and I never had what I'd call a "bad day" here, would recommend it as a place to work.

Only downside is that realistically the majority of the social events are in London as it's a London based company with mainly employees in or around London so if you're remote as I was (Manchester) you're going to miss out on the occasional events but I guess that's life as a remote worker tbh
