      You're doing good things that make you feel good and serving people that are underserved in the community.

      Minpunten

      Expectations are that you are on call 24/7- even if you are not directly helping clients. You are expected to complete everything outstanding every day regardless of the number of hours it would take. I worked over 90 hours each week in my last two weeks with the company.

Occasionally this does require commitment that stretches beyond a typical 40-hour work week, however this is not the norm.       Working with clients can be rewarding at times.

      Sample Supports expects a lot from staff but provides little support in return. Pay is low for the level of stress and responsibility, and management often lacks communication and consistency. Burnout is common and turnover is high.
