Organizational change. This can be a challenge for those who are not suited to change, that said there is a lot of support available for those who can struggle to adapt to process improvements. Fast paced. Despite being around for 25 years, the team has been shifting into a more commercial focus for the last couple of years. So the company is not just experiencing growth in terms of business, but on a process level to ensure we have continue to maintain a stable business. Personally I enjoy both of these dynamics as they force me to be resourceful and supports my own personal development.
