Truly busy periods are infrequent enough that they are fun and exciting. - Excellent work-life balance; you're in the office for 40 hours a week, and then you go home. - Good job security. Don't have to worry about getting laid off because some shareholders wanted to pad their profit margins. - Make friends with people and you'll do well here.
Minpunten
- Pay is decent, not great. Stability and work environment make that 100% worth it IMO. - Not the most organized operation. Given its quick growth, departments sometimes get along awkwardly. - While full-time employees enjoy great job security, it seems co-ops are more often let go of, and even if they do well they don't always have jobs lined up for them.
