      Pluspunten

      Communal spirit and strong coaching for managers. Feedback is super welcome at all levels. Lots of opportunities to grow and switch direction.

      Minpunten

      Sana is still a scale-up, and you sometimes see that in work processes. You also see things being tried and when they don't work out, they're dropped very quickly.

      Pluspunten

      Great atmosphere and team spirit. People want to help each other and see each other succeed. It's a highly collaborative and fun environment. The Dallas office is the new North-American HQ and an exciting and dynamic environment that is growing by the month. The people are smart, management is invested in their people and motivation all around is high.

      Minpunten

      Since the new Dallas hub is still growing, the current smaller setting might not be for everyone. However, the office and the headcount in Dallas is growing fast.

      There aren't any anymore unfortunately.

      Minpunten

      2.5 years ago a new CEO came in. Unfortunately the company has lost its product market fit since and the culture is gone. Most of the good employees have left and many more are jumping off the ship. I don't see the company making a comeback from this in the next couple of years and will be surprised to see how long they're around.
