7yI’m sorry to hear of your concerns regarding senior management support. All our managers go through a robust recruitment and selection, and induction and training programme, including staff management and leadership. Ensuring our employees feel supported in their roles is very important to us, and we would always encourage you to have a chat with either your line manager or HR Business Partner if you didn’t feel this way.
With reference to role-based training, Sanctuary Group provides mandatory and essential role-based training via its in-house learning academy. We’re sorry that you had a request declined, and when this happens, we always provide a reason as to why that would be the case.
In respect of recognition, operational managers are supported in recognising teams and staff progress with reference to the My Performance and Recognition Awards policies, as well as through its Staff Awards programme and other initiatives such as staff ideas.
