All our managers go through a robust recruitment and selection, and induction and training programme, including staff management and leadership. Ensuring our employees feel supported in their roles is very important to us, and we would always encourage you to have a chat with either your line manager or HR Business Partner if you didn’t feel this way. With reference to role-based training, Sanctuary Group provides mandatory and essential role-based training via its in-house learning academy.
