Key talent is bleeding from the Broomfield Site and drastic measures are not taken by Regional or the SLT to address this issue. We are asked to provide suggestions, but they are quickly rejected by the Region. SLT and management are trying to change the culture, but if we don't get the support that is needed to sustain the business, the attrition will continue.
