They have a stong compensation and benefits package for their employees. They match 100% of your first 6% contribution to your 401K plus another 3% contribution annually as a supplement to their reduced pension program.
Minpunten
Sandoz, is a lot like every other large corporation. They use SAP as their ERP system, however, the system has not been updated since implementation in 2000 to meet the new business needs. Plus, with the restructuring of the senior management team, there has been a lack of communication, unless something goes wrong and then you hear more than you wanted to hear.
