It used to be, in 1991 and before, that the upper management knew the workforce and the customers very well. There was a strong team culture in the US. Now the culture is more towards the collective, not the individual and this has resulted in stagnant growth.
Minpunten
The growth is slow and a lot of business has moved off shore. Management is in Europe & Canada. You are a second class citizen compared with the head office & employees in Sweden.
