Minpunten
Poor company culture in the UK. Old fashioned ways of working and command and control culture. Lack of leadership and accountability from senior leaders both operational and HR. Immature line managers in operations and HR. 50% turnover in HRS dept and no one battered a eye lid. The team has now stayed reduced and the managers have both moved on but the damage remained for the people forced out or let go which was cowardly. Never seen a company pay a 0.5% bonus which was ridiculous for employees in the UK. Complete disconnect from the UK and Sweden. Further redundancies for the UK due to a lack of productivity and i suspect more to come. Sandvik globally as a business is flat and has been for years! It survives due to the niche market but struggles to progress as a company. Disengaged workforce. No progression in the UK HR team.
