Incompetent employees linger too long due to a lack of proper guidance. With their underperformance never properly addressed, their dismissal comes as a shock to them. - Frequent reorganizations, with shareholders and revenue as the top priority. - Chaotic organization overall, with a strong (remote) meeting culture and very inefficient communication. - The Product Owner role has limited responsibilities due to the presence of a Product Manager and a Business Analyst. As a result, the PO focuses more on planning, day-to-day tasks with the development team, and reporting project progress to management, making the role less interesting.
