      They are good about working around your life responsibilities

      You have to claim your tip out money. You are not allowed to add gratuity. The owner blames everyone else for his store problems. Managers have a high turn over rate.

      This opportunity to have started at Santa Fe to serve changed my life. I could go to work and be happy. The managment is so supportive. And its so delicious, so you make lots of money!

      I’ve enjoyed my time working at this establishment. It pays well if you do your job well, and my coworkers have always been great. Bad coworkers don’t always last long, normally of their own volition, too. Days requesting off are normally given, and you get a 50% shift meal discount.

      Minpunten

      During rushes, managers’ stress can show and may be taken out on you. 50% off only applies to meals under $20 (which is fair but thought would be nice to know).
