Santa Rosa really lives out their core values. The culture is great and I feel valued. My work is fulfilling and you can tell that the firm has a great relationship with all of its clients by the way the consultants are treated on site. The upper management has an open door policy and promotes two way communication. I feel I can come to any one of the executives with an issue and they are willing to listen and try to find a resolution to my problem. I would recommend working here to anyone.
