I had very good pay, little politics, decent benefits, and no micro-management. I was basically left alone to do my job.
Minpunten
The company has a horrible bonus structure. I never received a decent bonus. They have a poor sales staff. The bench policies are ridiculous. There must be a system of rewarding favorites, but I was not one of them.
