Pushing high performance culture, on the surface they pretend to care about staff and customers but its all about the bottomline and outcomes. Constant restructure means upper management look out for themselves and their favourites. Certain managers are left in desperate situations which make them and their team look bad while others step into the roll and get what they want despite poor service. HR team non existent and uneducated, difficult to contact and only via message.
