Pluspunten

Some team members are great to work with, especially since they understand the challenges from shared experiences. However, there are limited positives I can highlight about the company overall. Based on my time there, I’ve seen situations where employees are treated harshly over relatively minor issues.

Minpunten

The culture within the harness department has deteriorated, and leadership tends to micromanage despite claiming otherwise. Favoritism is noticeable, and minor mistakes can lead to disproportionate scrutiny. There is also a pattern of hiring from personal networks and prioritizing those individuals for advancement over longer-tenured employees, even when those hires lack the necessary experience, which undermines fairness and team morale. Management spends more time talking about improvement than actually making meaningful changes, with little accountability at the leadership level. There are too many promises with little follow-through, and real growth opportunities are limited. New hires are expected to already know everything, with little to no training provided. HR does not feel like a reliable or transparent resource, as concerns can be raised without clear communication or an opportunity for employees to respond. While the company is growing quickly, it also lets people go just as fast, often without clear justification, creating a sense of instability.

Pluspunten

Smart, passionate, dedicated team that supports each other to succeed. Work is very interesting and you have a true chance to grow in the company and make an impact. Leadership believes in the mission and invests towards those goals. Feels like this is a job that can shape my life for the better. Great workplace benefits and team is responsive to feedback. Best job i've ever had.

Minpunten

Has growing pains due to rapidly increased headcount, such as too much internal SAAS churn, some teams overstaffed while others understaffed, somewhat unsteady predictability of projects/pipeline etc. These problems are acknowledged and being addressed.

Minpunten

Literally every review on here says the same negative thing about the lack of competent leadership, the negative attitude and experience with HR and how the only people being reprimanded for these issues are the employees that raise a cause for concern. Quality department basically doesn’t exist. A bunch of low iq ex military high school dropouts. There is no manufacturing engineers that can do the basic job function. Software is all ChatGPT or AI generated, Composites team sits around and milks the clock all day. Just hand this company over to Anduril or GD already and let’s put this pig down. Plus an employee that was well protected by his position just got fired for engaging in sexual misconduct or attempting to engage in sexual conduct with a minor
