Being challenged and invested in. Being in digital, it's extremely easy to be left behind if you're not keeping your self knowledgeable with the latest trends. Throughout my tenure, over and over SavATree has enabled me to attend countless conferences, meetings, dinners & etc to help me grow. Every year, I feel empowered to be at the top of my game and challenged to do so. 3. Great leadership. Leading a growing organization is not easy, but they do listen and try. Truly an open door policy with any of our Executive Team Members. 4. Mentorship! I've been able to have 1 on 1 accountability and be mentored by one of our top leaders in our company.
