My experience working at SavATree was deeply disappointing and ultimately damaging to my well-being. While the work itself offered opportunities to grow technical skills, the internal culture was toxic and unprofessional. During my time there, I was subjected to name-calling, racial remarks, and threats of violence from both coworkers and managers. There were also repeated instances of employees attempting to share inappropriate material on the job, as well as false rumors and a serious, unfounded accusation that caused significant distress.
When I brought these concerns to management and HR, I was not supported—instead, I became socially isolated by both peers and supervisors. This led to a mental health crisis that ultimately cost me my job after a prolonged suspension, leaving me without income or support at a critical time.
For anyone considering a position at SavATree: if you find yourself in a hostile work environment, do not expect meaningful support from leadership or HR. Protect your health and dignity—consider looking elsewhere.
