Benefits are on par with larger companies, and there is limited travel. Even though this is a startup, everyone comes from an enterprise background right now; this means that a lot of the hiccups I've seen at startups (disorganization, growing pains, lack of roadmaps) are avoided via careful, thoughtful planning. It's a bit "Wild West" at times, but nothing like some other places.
