Rampant gossiping, belittling and bullying of the staff by attorneys. Scolding and yelling for seeking clarification on assignments. Huge turnover rate: 4 attorneys (one being a partner) and 3 support staff in 6 months time. Lazy coworkers, with no accountability- you will be on your own. If you complain or ask for help, you will be ignored. Unorganized, unapologetic attorneys who place zero importance on their time management: Zero work- life balance for staff. Expect an average of 1-3 days per week working 3-5 hours each time they tell you (not ask you) to work late, without a thank you. Eye rolling, dishonesty, and lack of follow through from office managers.
