Pluspunten

Well-oiled machine, well paid, everything organized and running smoothly. You get pension, holiday pay, night pay (crazy for bartending).The company would gift us things occasionally too. They make a big deal about supporting diversity.

Minpunten

Not fun at all. I was not allowed much autonomy and there was a strong feeling of hierarchy - needing to obey your bosses without question - this is not something I personally look for in a bartending job. There was zero actual diversity on our team.
