The management is blind. The worst place for girls to work in. Female toilets are being used by males, they do not even have the courtesy to up the toilet seat before they do their thing. When male employees harass you, even touch you on the office premises, and no action will be taken against them, instead, you will be removed from the company. There is a lot of politics within the teams. People are more concerned about hearsay and the way you dress (all western formals in reality) rather than your actual work and work ethics.
