Everyone I worked with within Scope Group was knowledgeable, professional, and a huge help through the temp-to-perm position that transitioned to a full-time opportunity. My recruiter, Carter, was excellent, and my work with other members of their staff such as Jessica was fantastic. Offering benefits that are available immediately upon hire and generous PTO, Scope Group is not simply looking to offload recruits to make a buck - they communicate and assist those they place from the beginning to the end of their temp-to-perm positions and continue to maintain contact after the individual has transitioned to their full time employment. They use effective solutions for their HR and operations management - so effective that it made me miss their solutions when I transitioned full-time to the organization where I was placed. I cannot recommend this talented firm enough.
