Thank you for taking the time to review us! It is great to hear that you are enjoying working at Scopic Software. At Scopic, salaried employees are entitled to paid vacation, while hourly employees are entitled to unpaid vacation only. We are very flexible with approving vacation times for our employees. Yet, the number of days taken should be within reason and should not interfere with the projects. Also, we do our best to make sure that team members assigned to work on the same projects are within similar timezones, in order to avoid any bottlenecks during the work process.
