Although the hiring process was one of the most thorough I've seen, it is good to know people who do get hired are a perfect fit for the job. Therefore, both mine and other teams are put together from skilful, experienced people whom you can always learn something from. Apart from that, the onboarding of new members is really thorough as well, before jumping in on your first assignment Scoro makes sure every new member goes through a proper training and overall feels welcomed by the team and co-workers. Throughout the working time people feel trusted by the management team, which results in a great work-life balance and (truly) flexible working hours/location. I feel welcomed and appreciated & so far seems that a majority feels the same way as I do. New ideas are always welcome & in any case we feel we need better training or equipment, everything is arrangeable. Flat hierarchy, great management. And besides this all, we have great co-workers who always make you happy to come to the office & we regularly have fun and entertaining events for the whole team.
