Recently, we conducted an analysis of our compensation system with the goal of increasing our minimum starting wage. As a result of the review, effective June 1, 2026, Scott Credit Union is establishing an internal minimum wage of $18 per hour. Competitive and equitable pay remains a foundational element of our workplace culture, and we will continue to evaluate the total rewards package for competitive offerings.
