Pluspunten
They have a comp plan that is setup in a way that if you are a super high pressure sales person, you can make a lot of money.
Minpunten
I worked for this company for just under 2 months before being let go, but this has nothing to do with that. There is a reason I waited over 3 months before posting a review because I wanted to make sure that what I felt was honest before posting it. Here's my honest opinion. If it is your goal to work in sales for your career, in my opinion you need the following three things in any company you work for: 1. Good company culture 2. Work/life balance 3. Best in class product Before coming to Seamless, I was blessed to have all 3 of those, and because of it I was a top performer. I had followed their CEO, Brandon, for a long time and so jumped at the chance to work for the company. I realized within the first month or so that the first two things weren't really happening. Work/life balance and a company culture don't exist at the company, unless you've been there for a long time. If you are new, you are essentially expected to show your merit by working longer hours and taking extra calls. They expect you to just pressure everyone you talk with into closing on the first call if at all possible. They expect you to drop prospects after a week or so if they haven't bought yet. The reason for this is they are forced to sell on price because they don't have the best product on the market which I discovered after I left and actually used one of their competitors on a daily basis. Because of that it makes it very hard for me to recommend anyone take a job with this company.
