Being able to work so closely and directly support our CEO on our Executive team has helped my grow so much not only professionally but personally. I look back on where I was a year ago, and am amazed by how much can happen in a year! We work hard, but we work hard and win together. There has never been a time where I did not feel supported or celebrated and I give full credit to my amazing team! Our leaders really really care about the success of SSG, that comes with pressure. Sales and recruiting is definitely not for everyone - there are going to be hard days just like every other job. But our leadership is very tenured in this industry which is rare to find! If you are looking for somewhere where you can grow and challenge yourself, especially as a young professional, then this is an amazing place. You will definitely not be alone.
