Pluspunten
The compensation and benefits were competitive, and the role itself had potential on paper. Some coworkers were good people who were just trying to do their jobs.
Minpunten
Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere was extremely toxic. There was a lack of trust, poor communication, and constant pressure without support. Leadership created a culture driven by fear rather than collaboration, which led to high turnover and low morale. The CEO’s leadership style set the tone for the entire company. Decisions often felt reactive and ego-driven, feedback was not welcomed, and accountability was one-sided. Employees were frequently blamed for systemic issues, while concerns raised from the ground level were ignored. Work-life balance was not respected, expectations constantly shifted, and burnout was common. Transparency was minimal, and there was little opportunity for growth unless you were part of a very small inner circle.
