-no respect for work-life balance: if you value working only during your work hours, don't work here. they praise those who work way before and way after the 8-5 work day, which is already long enough. constantly email after work and early in the morning and expect responses. -no autonomy and micromanaged: you must send an in a daily include tracking every hour of your work day, can only do email outreach according to how the upper management wants it and they are not open-minded to other ideas -not a safe space: cannot express thoughts or ideas without them being used against you -no coaching or feedback: this job is basically pointless because upper management has you do it how they want it done -no room for growth- they encourage it but during my time there I didn't see any. a coworker who asked for a raise/ promotion was told no but was never taught how to grow into the next role to become better -no set KPIs or numbers BUT if you don't reach unsaid expectations they will fire you without coaching you to become better -high turner: that's a red flag in itself but the CEO seems to not find that alarming -the commission was few and far between so don't expect that -base pay was not equal for all the employees in the same role
