SOME people there were wonderful and so sweet, they were the only reason I lasted there longer than 1 month in the office. 2 days working from home is nice if you are not guilt tripped into coming every single day into the office.

Oh, where to begin? If you want to have a work-life balance, do NOT apply or go to this job. The CEO, Jeremy Gnozzo, expects you to literally sell your soul to his company for quite literally no pay at all. When you join you are told that you will have to come into the office only 3 days a week but he guilt trips you into coming all 5 days and then states that if you are not doing that, you do not want to succeed or are lazy. This ultimately will put you on his "bad list" and you will be eliminated without a single warning, improvement plan, or even a formality. You will simply be let go for absolutely zero reason other than you are not liked. Also, the current CEO on the site is listed as Dave Holtzman who is the president of the company - Jeremy, the real CEO, is the reason behind the awful culture in the office and makes everyone feel like they need to be on edge. When I tell you the culture of that company is OFF, I mean it. Going into that office every day felt like a horrible chore and working from home was the only good part of this job because you didn't have to be surrounded by that terrible atmosphere. Jeremy is also really good at intimidating younger workers. He takes advantage of the fact that the newer hires are younger and makes them believe that the amount that he is asking of them (coming into the office before and after normal work hours, come into the office every single day when we are on a hybrid schedule, send out emails/make calls on the weekends) is normal when he is truly promoting a terrible work-life balance. He promotes a very old school belief that you need to live to work, rather than simply go to work and live your life outside of your 8 hour work days. There is no company I could recommend less than this place. I could see within a month of working in the office that this was not going to be a good place to work at and I was surely correct. All the positive reviews that are coming in on the same day are most likely written by the CEO/higher ups in the company or are the younger workers that either are told what to write or have not seen how terrible of a work environment it is yet. Save yourself and do not even bother because if you do not bend to every beck and call that Jeremy places on you, he will replace you simply because he wants to feel some type of power that he is lacking in his personal life.
