The pros were getting to interact and help customers get what they wanted.

The cons is that Corporate doesn't care at all about their employees or customers. All they care about is your sales. They do nothing to to try and drive foot traffic into the store and when you don't meet the stores daily sales goals you get in trouble and they don't leave you alone. They offer no training. They through me into the management position knowing nothing and when I asked for some type of training they told me I'll figure it out eventually. Also they had me in the books as part time employee even though I was working 50+ hrs a week all through my pregnancy just so they didn't have to pay my PFL. They didn't tell me until after my child was born and they called me 2 days after giving birth and asked me to come back to work. When they decided to close the store down they gave me (the store manager) no warning or anything. They actually lied too me when they were asked them about it by me.
