Minpunten

Very low pay. Constantly over worked because the company is always understaffed. I was always promised a better schedule but management never follows through and then a few days later I see others below me in seniority getting better days off or better hours that meet what they are looking for. Management apparently tracks your progress in the company to see how you are doing but you don’t get access to it so you can’t see how good you are actually doing, then they promise pay raises, better schedules and free days off if you do better. But it seems like I’m never doing good enough even tho there is no proof or way to track how I am actually doing. Training is terrible, I was constantly having to figure things out on my own specially when I first started. There was systems and certain things I wasn’t trained on and when I’d ask questions about how to do it properly I would get yelled at and no one would actually help. Also you have to deal with customers all day who are super rude and mean over the phone. People really treat you differently over the phone than in person and there is nothing you can do about it except take it. Company really doesn’t pay or compensate well for the constant working and deal with rude customers.

We recognize the importance of supporting team members in member-facing roles, like the contact center. If our team members feel supported and cared for, they will in turn provide the same level of support and care for the members they interact with. Each year, we complete a pay analysis for all positions, including contact center representative roles. Our positions are paid competitively in the market, with benefits that are higher than standard, and a flexible paid time off policy. Feedback on training has been noted and we are making progress towards enhancements as we speak! Thank you for your contributions and best of luck to you in your future endeavors.

Pluspunten

The senior team has a clear vision for the future. Management is empowered to do their job, The credit union staff are the most amazing and supportive staff I've ever worked with. There is lots of positive change happening which makes the future exciting. Remote positions available for work and life balance.

Minpunten

There are some working silos, but the credit union is actively working through this to hold more meetings and be more transparent about activities.

The benefits were fantastic during my time there. Some legitimately great people to work with across departments.

Minpunten

Broken culture. There is massive turn over. Management doesn't view people with empathy.
